Good day, friends! I hope you had a great Christmas/holiday/New Year’s. Now that 2018 is over, I wanted to take a look at everything I read this year. What did I love? What did I hate? Let’s find out! Continue reading “2018 in Review”
Hi friends, I hop you had a great weekend. Since I was gone for about a month, I’m trying to catch up on blogs. So I figured it would be fun this week to talk about what I’ve recently purchased at Half Price and on the Kindle store.
Hello friends. Have I got an exciting blog for you today, and just in time to prepare you for the long, boring month of NaNo updates.
Hello friends, I want to share with you my writing goals for the next year.
Hello friends, and happy late 4th! I hope you all had a super awesome holiday.
Alright, part 2 here we go. In my last blog about 1984, we talked about the double speak/double think that’s reflected in both the recent presidential election. Hello everyone! I just wanted to take some time today to tell you how we got here. Where is here? Here is this blog. A lot of things had to happen to bring me to create this blog, stringing together words every week for your hungry eyes. So let’s start from the beginning.
Hello, friends! It’s time for another book review! Hooray! Today we’re talking about The Neuromancer by William Gibson. I just recently read this book in January of this year after having it on my to read list for a solid decade. It might have been longer, actually, because I remember buying my copy at Borders when I was in high school. Let’s all have a moment of silence for the loss of the beloved Borders.
I have anxiety. Really bad, crippling, life controlling anxiety.
I’m breaking a few of my own rules here. This book was not on my to read list as discussed in a previous blog. I put a hold on it at the library and it happened to be available so I went ahead and checked it out, which is breaking another rule where I’m not supposed to put things on hold while I’ve got other things to read. Oh well.
